Shillong, Feb 9: Police have arrested a total of 31 people in connection with the pre-poll violence in Phulbari, election officials said on Thursday.
16 persons from TMC were arrested on Wednesday morning and 15 from NPP later.

TMC had claimed that the attack was orchestrated by NPP supporters who however blamed the TMC.
