Shillong, March 31: Nongpoh MDC Rona Khymdeit on Friday joined the Congress in the presence of party president Vincent Pala and other leaders.
Earlier, the sitting Congress MLA Mayralborn Syiem along with four others had extended support to the NPP-led MDA government.
