Shillong, May14: Health Minister AL Hek on Friday inaugurated the free oxygen project of Rotary Club of Shillong at the hospital of CRPF 67 battalion head quarters, Polo.
The oxygen concentrator was presented by Delhi Mistan Bhandar.

Hek and the commandant of the CRPF battalion, Rotarian Alok Bhattacharjee appreciated the gesture.
The health minister said he wanted to seek the support of the Rotary for setting up of quarantine centres in various schools.
The CRPF hospital, now a place of healing, was once the office for betting for horse races.
A statement issued by the Rotary said with the oxygen support, the hospital would be able to save lives.
