Shillong, Dec 5:The one-man judicial inquiry commission headed by Justice (retd) T Vaiphei to probe the Mukroh firing incident held its first hearing on December 2.
The next hearing will be held on December 9 at the MHRC office.

The commission said since he came to know about the notification only on December 1, substantive proceedings could not be held.
While Ronnie Wahlang is the secretary to the commission, Advocate Jopmiki Shylla will be assisting the probe panel.
