Shillong, Dec 8: Chief Minister Conrad Sangma called on Pope in Vatican on Thursday.
In a tweet, Conrad said, “Was blessed to have a moment with the Holy Father and asked him to pray for our people, state and country”.

The meeting comes at a time when the government is facing various commissions and omissions, according to critics and the fresh polls are due in February 2023.
