Shillong, Feb 2: The BJP on Thursday allotted party ticket to retired police officer M Kharkrang to contest from North Shillong, ignoring another ticket aspirant Michael Kharsyntiew.
Party president Ernest Mawrie ( West Shillong) Sanbor Shullai ( South Shillong) and AL Hek ( Pynthorumkhrah) are in the list released by Mawrie in Delhi.
