Shillong, March 2: BJP state president Ernest Mawrie, who met the Chief Minister Conrad Sangma at his official residence here on Thursday, said the party will give a letter of support to the NPP.
Mawrie said he is preparing the letter of support.

The Central leadership wanted the BJP to support the NPP to form the government.
BJP could retain two seats- South Shillong and Pynthorumkhrah though the party had fielded candidates in all the 60 seats.
