Shillong, Sept 11: The Voice of the People Party (VPP) will stage a sit-in-demonstration against price rise on September 13.
“We will hold a one day sit-in-demonstration in protest against the price rise of all essential commodities at Malki football ground from 10 am to 5 pm,” VPP Chief Ardent Basaiawmoit said.
“Hence in this context, we urge all the concerned citizens to kindly join hands and participate in the demonstration,” he added.
