This is also n honour of late AH Scott Lyngdoh, father of Pauline who in his lifetime wished to raise funds for the hospital.

“For a long time, it has been bothering us that we have so many poor people in the state who struggle to pay medical bills. Many have had to resort to selling land or have had to take out huge loans just to be able to put a loved one through hospital treatment. Just recently a young lady from  West Khasi Hills suffered a stroke. A few days in the ICU have left her family in debt. There are endless stories like these. In the face of adversity; our conscience does not allow us to turn a blind eye to such suffering. We feel that the least we can do is to step out in faith and reach out to as many as will join hands with us to alleviate the suffering. In a small and humble gesture, we endeavour to use our musical gifts to raise funds for the “Poor Patient Fund” of the Robert’s Hospital, Pauline added.
