Shillong, Nov 17: Police have registered a case against the desecration of church properties in West Jaintia Hills.
The police received information on November 14 from Rev. Firstar Shylla of Syiem Jingsuk Parish, Amlarem, that some miscreants vandalised the statue of Way of the Cross erected inside the parish premises.

‘Case registered under criminal trespass and hurting of religious sentiments’, police added.
