Shillong, Jan 24: The Khasi Students Union (KSU) wanted the Conrad K Sangma-led MDA government to pass a second resolution on ILP so that the Centre can consider it.
The KSU held its general executive council meeting on Saturday here and discussed the matter among other issues.

Speaking to journalists after the meeting, KSU president Lambokstar Marngar deplored the lack of effective anti-influx mechanisms.
‘We have discussed safety and security concerns and are disappointed that we still lack effective mechanisms to protect the indigenous community from influx and illegal immigration”, he added.
