Shillong, Feb 18: The Assembly Speaker, Thomas Sangma, cautioned VPP MLA Ardent Basaiawmoit (Nongkrem) without naming him for taking a reel in the Assembly during the session and making it public on February 17.
The video sparked mixed responses from the public.

The Speaker, in his order, asked the members to maintain decorum and the dignity of the House.
The order of the Speaker came after the House witnessed noisy scenes after Ardent, Leader of Opposition Mukul Sangma and North Shillong MLA Adelbert Nongrum raised the ILP and related issues.
