Shillong, May 12: The High Court of Meghalaya will decide on the application of the state government to cancel the bail granted to Sonam Raghuvanshi on May 18, an official source said on Tuesday.
The counsel of Sonam, S Thapa, who appeared on behalf of the accused, has sought more time for preparation and argument before the bail application is taken up.

Advocate N.Khera, who was appointed as special public prosecutor for the case in the high court, was also present.
However, the counsels for the government argued for a short adjournment as Sonam has been on bail since April 27.
The bail was granted by the lower court here.
