Shillong, June 10: The single bench headed by Justice W Diengdoh reserved the order on bail challenged by the state government.
During the hearing on the matter on Wednesday (June 10), the counsel for Sonam placed a written argument substantiating the bail granted by the sessions court.

Earlier on June 9, during the hearing, the counsel for Sonam had made a submission that the written argument could not be filed due to the matter being voluminous, according to him.
Hence, the court fixed the matter for Wednesday for filing the written argument, failing which, the court said necessary orders will be passed.
