Shillong, June 12:The Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) on Thursday (June 11) took back the Bangladeshi national who was pushed to Mahendraganj in South West Garo Hills.
The BGB accepted the civilian following a protest from the BSF.

The arguments between the border forces went on for 24 hours.
An official source said that the BGB, with the support of Bangladeshi nationals, had brought the man identified as Sati Rajbongshi from Raj Shai village of Bangladesh, citing that he is an Indian.
This compelled the BSF to react, and the standoff continued for hours till the BGB took back the man.
