Shillong, Oct 18: Congress adhoc president of West Shillong Auguster Jyrwa left the party to join the United Democratic Party (UDP) ahead of the 2023 Assembly elections.
Jyrwa, who is a former KSU leader, will be welcomed to UDP at an induction programme to be held at Dinam Hall, Jaiaw on October 20, party sources said.
