In a statement, Farida Khan of  SAIICS said that the programme was to include all the poor and the needy and anyone who has been failing to get the registration done for many years.

The programme also helped in getting 300 Aadhar registration besides verifying name,  gender and address.  Aadhar was linked with health card and Ayushman Bharat Health Account.

The focus of the programme was to find health centres and medical professionals besides sharing the medical records seamlessly with doctors across India.

“We can also securely save our medical data and grant access to medical professionals as and when needed”, Khan said, adding that having an ABHA card can improve our overall healthcare experience.
