Shillong, April 15: Goons torched a bike which was parked outside a house in Mawlai Nongpdeng, Block– C, on Tuesday early morning.
Police received a complaint from Sukha Ranjan Debbarma that the incident took place around 4.30 am outside his house where the bike was parked.

Police registered a case at Mawlai police station.
