Shillong, Aug 14: People of Mawlai will stage a spontaneous black out protest from 7 pm on Saturday for five minutes to protest against the killing of former general secretary of HNLC, Cherishstarfield Thangkhiew, a resident of Mawlai Kynton Massar.
