Shillong, June 8: The BSF has protested against the intrusion of two Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel into Rongara, South Garo Hills.
The intrusion took place on Wednesday afternoon.

The video of villagers chasing away the two BGB men is on social media.
The BSF IG Meghalaya Frontier, Pradip Kumar said that the BSF has already taken up the matter with its counterpart.
“Commander-level meeting was already held and the matter was raised . We will have a flag meeting to further follow up the matter”, Kumar said.
According to the BSF official, the motive for the intrusion of BGB men is yet to be known.
