BSF should be pushed to the border: Paul Lyngdoh
Shillong, May 10: Cabinet minister and MDA-2 spokesperson Paul Lyngdoh said on Wednesday that the BSF should be pushed to the international border as they are supposed to guard it against various crimes and illegal infiltration from Bangladesh into India.
Speaking to reporters, he said the BSF violated the SOPs and human rights issues.

His response is following the killing of the truck driver Roning Nageshwar, who was carrying cattle, at Mawshun, on May 5 night.
The BSF has already taken action as three of its personnel were arrested under the BSF Act.
Paul reiterated that the three BSF personnel involved in the killing should be punished as per law of the land.
