Shillong, Dec 9: The state cabinet has approved voluntary retirement scheme for the MCCL employees.
This is one-time industrial closure scheme to close down the MCCL .
The cabinet approved the scheme on Monday.
The financial package for 205 employees will come around Rs 100 crore.
