Shillong, Nov 20: The state on Wednesday opened the Integrated Command and Control Centre at Umsawli, New Shillong Township with a focus on crime detection, traffic management and improvement of civic amenities.
This is part of the Smart City Project funded equally by both the Centre and the state.
