Shillong, March 19: Maldives coach has cited cold Shillong weather in the evening as the reason for the team’s poor performance.
Maldives faced defeat at the hands of India( 3-0) though the team maintained consistency.

During the post-match press conference, coach Ali Suzain (in picture) admitted that the cold weather in Shillong has affected the performance of the team.
The country experiences hot and humid weather throughout the year and hence it was a new experience for the Maldives.
