Shillong, May 15: President of Meghalaya Film Makers Association Commander Shangpliang is the lone state government representative to attend Cannes Film Festival, 2023.
Commander, who is camping in Delhi, said on Monday that he secured the clearance and will leave for the festival in the wee hours on Tuesday.
