Shillong, March 31: The Rambrai-Jyrngam MDC, Bajop Pyngrope on Thursday joined the NPP in the presence of Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong, Cabinet Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar among others at a function held at the party office.

Addressing the gathering, Tynsong deined any difference with the chief minister
While referring to the query of media persons in this regard, Prestone said the question of differences does not arise as the leaders are united unlike the Congress which is disunited.
In response, the chief minister said, “I was amused when the Deputy CM made the statement. Any political party is made up of individuals but it is the organisational character and the individual character which will make the party stronger”.
“Yes there may be differences but we have to keep in mind the goal of serving the people”, he said.
