Shillong, Feb 20: The Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) has expressed condolence to the family of (L) Ricky A J Syngkon on his sudden and untimely demise.
In a gesture of solidarity and respect, the President of the MPCC, Vincent H Pala, along with Member of Parliament from Tura, Saleng A Sangma, visited the residence of the bereaved family to personally convey their condolences and stand with them in this moment of profound grief.
Pala, while expressing his sorrow, stated, “His dedication to public life, his calm demeanour, and his concern for the common people will always be remembered.”
During the visit, the leaders offered prayers for the departed soul and extended their sympathies to the family members. They prayed for strength and comfort for the bereaved family to endure this irreparable loss.
“The Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee stands united in mourning and pays tribute to the life and service of (L) Shri Ricky A J Syngkon, whose contributions to society will remain cherished in memory”, said a statement issued by the party.
