Shillong, Mov 28: The court of the district and sessions judge examined the brother of Raja Raghuvanshi, Vipin Raghuvanshi, for three days from November 26.
The accused Sonam Raghuvanshi, Raj Singh Kushwaha, Vishal Singh Chauhan, Aakash Singh Rajput and Anand Kurmi were produced from District Jail, Shillong via conference.

When examined, the accused persons said they were healthy.
They were represented by legal aid counsels S. Rana and P. Pradhan.
Special Public Prosecutor KC Gautam said after the examination of the prosecution witness for the last two days by the court, he was cross-examined by the defence counsels on Friday.
