Shillong, Feb 3:The court of the DC Judicial on Tuesday examined a witness from Indore online in connection with the murder case of Raja Raghuvanshi.
Sources said Pramod Sahu (Piyush) was examined, cross-examined and discharged. The accused persons were remanded to judicial custody till the next date on February 17.

Recently, the police filed the second chargesheet naming the co-accused Silome James under the Arms Act and also for destroying evidence, whereas Lokendra Tomar, who had leased out his flat to James, and the security guard Balbir Ahirbar were not chargesheeted.
In July last year, the court granted bail to James with conditions.
