Shillong, Sept 25:The court of Judicial Magistrate, DKK Mihsill, has rejected the bail application of the five accused in the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case, Sonam Raghuvanshi, Raj Kushwaha, Vishal Chauhan, Akash Rajput and Anand Kurmi.
The legal aid counsels have moved the bail, stating that the charge sheet against them was incomplete and hence they should be released on default bail.

The advocate for the victim, Sujit Dey, said the bail application was rejected by the court, and the case will be taken up by the sessions court.
