Shillong,May 1: The court of additional deputy commissioner (judicial) has rejected the bail moved by other accused in Raja Raghuvanshi murder case..
Advocate for the accused Y. Yobin said that due to technical ground the bail was rejected but not on merit.

“We can come back to the court at a later date”, he said.
Earlier, attempt was made by the accused for bail which the lawyer was not aware.
The case was entrusted to us only a few days back , hence we were not aware of the earlier bail application”, Yobin said.
The court cited non-disclosure of previous bail application as the reason for denial of bail in the present application.
Special prosecutor KC Gautam had opposed the bail.
