Shillong, Sept 16: An official team led by Chief Secretary DP Wahlang on Monday visited Khyndailad( Police Bazar) to improve amenities.
An official source said the initiative of the government will be to repair inter-lock pavers and besides creation of ducts for running utilities like water supply, electricity & internet cables.

Number of CCTVs will be increased for security besides initiating police-public interface to improve law and order.
The visit was also aimed at exploring ways and means to relocate hawkers to identified vending zones.
