Shillong, June 8: The state government has taken up the issues concerning NEIGRIHMS with the union health ministry.
An official source said Chief Secretary DP Wahlang met the union health secretary on June 6 to apprise her about the demands to follow 80:20 ratio while appointing female and male nurses in NEIGRIHMS.

The source added that the meeting was positive.
