Shillong, Feb 11: 41-year-old Lajarijaj Sangma is the third local victim of dynamite blast in East Jaintia Hills.
According to the list, the postmortem was done in Jowai and the body was handed over to the relatives on February 6.

Heimonmi Paslein (48) and Kmen Rymbai (25) are the other local victims.
The injured Sanki Shullai is undergoing treatment in a city hospital.
