Shillong, Oct 8: The death of two minors in a septic tank in North Garo Hills is not related to flood and landslide, hence it was not officially counted as natural calamity, according to a disaster management official.
“The incident has no connection with floods”, said Matsiewdor War Nongbri, Executive Director Meghalaya Disaster Management Authority.

She said the death toll stands at 15.
