Shillong, Ag 3: Devotees completed the two-day pilgrimage (yatra)from Mahadev Khola to Mawjymbuin Cave in Mawsynram.
The pilgrimage started on August 2.

There were more than 250 devotees who halted at night at Phanniewlahneng before resuming their journey to Mawjymbuin Cave on August 3.
Following controversy over performing rituals at the cave, the High Court of Meghalaya had restricted puja.
The East Khasi Hills district administration had also issued instructions to the devotees on the nature of worship.
