Shillong, Apr 9: The Dolloi of Jowai Elaka Puramon Kynjing has assured to cancel the no objection certificate (NOC) issued for setting up of a coke plant in Wapungskur village in East Jaintia Hills.
He will also issue an order to the headman of Mookhep village to cancel the NOC issued by him.

The Dolloi has given the assurance to a delegation of the Wapungskur dorbar shnong during a meeting held in Jowai.
