Shillong, March 14: East Jantia National Council (EJNC) activists torched the effigy of Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday for claiming that Mukroh is in Assam.

The EJNC gathered in front of the office of Deputy Commissioner, East Jaintia Hills district and torched the effigy of Assam CM.
EJNC Sengkmie general secretary Nangjan Dkhar and president Sambormi Lyngdoh led the protest.
