Shillong, Nov 28: Three MLAs, HM Shangpliang ( Congress turned TMC), Benedic Marak and Ferlin Sangma- both NPP- have submitted their resignation letters to Assembly Speaker Metbah Lyngdoh on Monday.
They are set to join the BJP.

Speaking to reporters after submitting the resignation, Shangpliang said all the three will join the BJP as the party stands for development.
