Shillong, Oct 31: The three consituencies, Rajabala, Mawphlang and Mawryngkneng have recorded overall 83.67% polling. Mawryngneng -78.06%
Mawphlang recorded 82.34%, Rajabala. 90.63% and Mawryngkneng 78.06.
