Shillong, March 23: Power Minister AT Mondal told the Assembly on Thursday that the Saubhagya probe report is under the examination of the finance department.
During the question hour, Celestine Lyngdoh (Congress- Umsning) raised the alleged irregularities in the implementation of Saubhagya scheme and the status of the probe report.

In reply, Mondal said the report was initially sent to the MeECL and subsequently to the finance department for scrutiny.
