Shillong, July 3: Activist Pawan Sharma filed a complaint against a city resident for defaming Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In the FIR filed with the Lumdiengjri police station on July 2, Sharma said Gaurav Kumar, son of Papon Singh of Gopalji compound near community hall, Jhalupara has been uploading objectionable and insulting posts on social media against prime minister every now and then.

Sharma sought immediate action against Kumar as uploading such materials is a serious offence.
