Shillong, Aug 11: Police arrested five persons in connection with a petrol bomb attack on the half-size statue of JN Bhawri, infront of Bawri mansion at Dhanketi on Sunday early morning.

However, no damage was reported.
The statue was unveiled on March 10 last year.
A case was registered at Laitumkhrah police station.
