Shillong, April 10: A vehicle belonging to former MDC Bajop Pyngrope met with an accident in Ri Bhoi but two occupants of the vehicle fled without informing the police.
According to the police, the vehicle(ML-05AN-1591) went into a drain on Thursday around 8.30 am at Umling, Ri-Bhoi district.

According to eye witnesses, there were two occupants in the vehicle at the time of accident. However, both left the area after managing to come out of the vehicle. Both are suspected to be injured. Vehicle has been seized and investigation is on, police said.
