Shillong,July 24: Goons threw stones and a petrol bomb at the residence of Julie Lyngdoh at Barapathar (Mawbah) where many non-tribals are residing as tenants.

East Khasi Hills SP Sylvester Nongtnger told reporters that the incident of hurling stones and petrol bomb was reported to the police in Jhalupara around 7.30 am, on Thursday.
“We are yet to arrest anyone but the investigation is on”, he added.
