Shillong,Jan 20: The state government has declared a special holiday on January 21 as part of 50th year of statehood.
According to an office order issued on Thursday, the state government offices, all revenue and magisterial courts, educational institutions and all institutions governed by N.I Act will remain closed on Friday on account of a general holiday.
