Shillong, April 4: The state government has appointed Mylliem NPP leader and former minister Hamletson Dohling as advisor to the Chief Minister with perks and facilities under category ‘A+’ with effect from the date of assumption of charge. This was informed by the secretary to the government of Meghalaya, chief minister’s secretariat.
