Shillong, Jan 27: Two houses were damaged due to a fire incident at Jhalupara on Monday afternoon.
According to the police, residents were away when the incident took place.

The houses belonged to Sarada Pradhan.
Four fire tenders were rushed in to control the fire.
Like in every part of the city, narrow roads and gathering of crowd posed challenge to the fire fighting personnel.
