Shillong, May 19: Director of School Education & Literacy has written to Sub Divisional School Education officer, Dadenggre to conduct an inquiry into the illegal appointment of a teacher and to submit a clarification within one week.
Earlier, complaints were filled by the Villagers and Headman of Gasbari Village and Garo Hills Youth Organisation (GHYO) to the Director of School Education & Literacy, SDSEO Dadenggre, Deputy Commissioner West Garo Hills, Tura, SDO Civil Dadenggre and other higher officials including the Chief Secretary that a non-qualified candidate Karimul Islam was appointed illegally without having norms such as MTET passed certificate and others.
