Shillong, Sept 17:The Supreme Court collegium has recommended Chief Justice of High Court of Meghalaya Biswanath Somadder to take over as Sikkim High Court CJ while the judge of High Court of Meghalaya, Ranjit V More (in picture) will be the new CJ.
